Where it started
Avodah Creatives started with Dexter and Alysha Gilbert, a creative duo who spent three years producing high-performing UGC. Alysha was the face of the brand and creative director, while Dexter handled videography, editing, and strategy.
As they worked with top-tier brands, they hit a limit—scaling meant Alysha’s face would be everywhere, making the content feel less authentic and losing credibility. They also noticed that many brands were investing in multiple UGC creators but weren’t getting consistent results, leading to a loss of brand alignment.
After marrying in December 2023, they spent a year researching, refining strategies, and developing a solution. The result? Avodah Creatives—a full-service UGC agency that delivers high-quality, authentic content that scales, converts, and stays true to each brand’s identity.
